School Group Bookings for our 2026 event will open on Wednesday 1 October 2025

The VCE and Careers Expo 2026 will be held on Thursday 30 April, Friday 1 May and Saturday 2 May, 9am-3pm in Doors 9 and 10 (Halls 17-20) at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Wharf.

Discounted admission of $10 per student (includes all seminars) is available for pre-booked school groups of 5 or more on Thursday 30 April and Friday 1 May. Teachers accompanying school groups attend free on these days.

Students attending can access seminars on key VCE subjects — English, Maths, Biology, Business Management, Psychology, Health & Human Development — plus presentations on Year 10 subject selection, VTAC applications, and the ATAR.
Seminar seating is first in, best dressed.

Bookings are essential.
Popular time slots book out fast, so reserve early to secure your preferred arrival time.

Parent/Guardian Saturday Promotion

Parents and guardians can enjoy free entry on Saturday 2 May when attending with a student who previously visited the event as part of a school group. To redeem the offer, the student must retain and present their school group entry ticket upon arrival. This promotion is limited to one parent or guardian per student, and is valid for one-time use only. Additional family members will need to purchase general admission tickets. This offer is non-transferable.
