Stand Options and Fees

Bookings to exhibit at the VCE and Careers Expo 2026 open on 1 August 2025.

• Early Bird discount: Available for single or multi‑event bookings received by Wednesday 1 October 2025.
• Multi‑event discounts: Apply when booking this expo and any of our other three events (Victorian Careers Show, HSC and Careers Expo and/or Western Sydney Careers Expo) at the same time.
• After 1 October 2025: Standard fees apply for single events; multi‑event discounts remain available.
• Invoicing: A tax invoice is issued once your booking form is received. Payment is due within 14 days.
• Fees: All prices are exclusive of GST.
• Booking deadline: Thursday 9 April 2026 (unless sold out earlier).
• A full pricing guide is available in the Exhibitor Prospectus and linked at the top of the booking form.

Custom Stands

• Larger spaces can be created by combining two or more stands or through a fully custom‑designed stand.
• Indicate your request on the booking form; our team will contact you to discuss.
• Custom stand requests must be submitted by Thursday 8 January 2026 and are subject to organiser approval.
• Refer to the Custom Stand Terms and Conditions for specific requirements.
